The TCBA Scholarship is open to any resident of Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, or Okeechobee County resident who is at least 16 years of age.

Applicants may apply for one of the following scholarship options:

1. Employer-Employee Support: A grant of up to $1,000 provided to an employer upon hiring. The funds must be used to support the employee, covering expenses such as tools, work clothes, or payroll.  The grant is distributed after the employee completes 30 days of employment.
2. Technical/Vocational Education: Financial assistance for students pursuing a technical or vocational education. Award amount will be paid to the institution.
3. Trades Certification: Support for individuals actively working towards or receiving a certificate in the trades. Award amount will be paid to the institution.

Award amounts will be based on need.
