• Full Charge Bookkeeper

    Job Type: Full-time - Monday to Friday

    Duties include but not limited to financial statements, journal entries, invoicing, deposits, accounts receivable, accounts payable, weekly in-house payroll including tax remittances, quarterly returns & w-2 reporting, bank reconciliations, cash flow, insurance, budgets & job costing.

    Knowledge of Sage Master Builder (a plus) Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel and Word.

    Must have 5+ years experience preferably in the construction industry.
    Full cycle accounting experience.
    Success in leading and supervising accounting staff.
    Excellent communication skills
    Ability to multi-task assignments and meet deadlines
    Good workflow and organization skills

    Desire and ability to work in a positive and collaborative manner with other department managers including Director of Operations and the Executive team.
