We have been asked by one of our Treasure Coast Clients to find an Experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent. Our client is a fast-growing commercial construction company that is expanding into the Treasure Coast.
When hired as an Experience Commercial Construction Superintendent you will receive:
- Salary $75,000 - $100,000 per year
- This is a direct hire position and includes 401K, Medical, Dental, and PTO
Responsibilities:
- Review submittals and update construction schedules
- Communicate with architects, owners, and subs
- Read blueprints
- Thoroughly interrupt and read specs.
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience with Procore
- Previous experience working with cities, counties, and schools.
- Drug free workplace.
- Must be able to pass a Level II background check.
