    Express Employment Professionals is looking to add a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to our team in the Port St Lucie area! 

     

    We are looking for someone to assist with bookkeeping and daily administrative duties 

    This position could lead to advancement for the right candidate.

     

    What we are looking for:

    Experience Bookkeeper 

    Responsibilities: 

    • Accounts Receivable
    • Accounts Payable
    • Data Entry
    • Invoicing
    • Processing credit card and bank reconciliations
    • Posting membership payments
    • Making collection calls and emails
    • Dealing with multiple vendors
    • Posting daily transactions
    • Interacting with staff at all levels on a daily basis.

     

    Other duties include assisting with preparation of meetings and events, and general office duties under the direction of the Executive Director.

    Requirements:

    • Strong knowledge of SAGE 
    • Experience dealing with memberships a +
    • Microsoft office suite skills
    • Able to help out wherever needed.

    Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
