Recruiting new
members to our association is an activity
recognized and rewarded not only through
the Treasure Coast Builders Association
but also through the NAHB Spike Club
Program. Those who participate are
called Spikes and they are among the
most valued members of the association.
If it wasn’t for our Spike Club
Members, Treasure Coast Builders Association
would not be here today! Spike Club
members is the back bone of TCBA.
By recruiting, involving, and retaining
members, Spikes strengthen and build
both our association and the entire
industry. Spike credits are earned
by recruiting and retaining members.
The National Association of Home Builders
(NAHB) recognizes and rewards your
membership development efforts with
its Spike Club awards program. To
achieve Spike status, you must earn
six credits within two consecutive
years. To retain Spike status and
become a Life Spike, you must earn
a minimum of one Spike credit (new
or retention) each membership year
until you reach a total of 25 credits.
