The TCBA Scholarship is open to any Indian River State College (IRSC) bound student pursing a degree in A/C, Refrigeration, & Heating Tech; Architectural Design and Construction Tech; Building Construction; or Drafting/Design Tech; or Business related field. Recipients must demonstrate financial need and be related to a member or employed by a member of the Treasure Coast Builders Association and be residents of Indian River, Martin, St. Lucie or Okeechobee Counties.
